01Kickoff Meeting
Give me 15 minutes of your time over a call or meeting, and I'll get a clear sense of what you're aiming to achieve and who you want to reach. From there, I'll walk you through the many ways I can help you succeed, combining thoughtful conversation or workshops to shape a solution that is natural, supportive and genuinely aligned with your end goal.
02Design & Development
You can expect the design and development phase to progress swiftly. From our conversations and workshops, I create beautiful, user-centered designs and bring them to life with clean, performant code. Your site is built iteratively in a test environment, so you can watch the build take shape in real time before it goes live, and I take your feedback to achieve the vision you want.
03Launch & Optimization
Once your site is built, we step through a final workshop where you review everything. Then I launch at an agreed time that won't impact your business and run performance tests once it's live. From there, I can hand it off and teach you how to run it, or keep supporting you at an affordable rate. Either way, you'll understand how it all works.

Pricing to expect
I believe in transparent pricing. You shouldn't pay an arm and a leg just to keep a website running, so this calculator shows what the services behind your site cost to run each year.
Hosting$0 a year
If you do not plan to make money from your site, hosting is included at no charge. That covers a secure, reliable server with 99.9% uptime.
Submissions are saved and routed to the right person. Free for most small sites.
No monthly fee. Card processing runs 2.9% + 30¢ per sale, and automatic sales tax adds 0.5% per sale where you're registered to collect.
If you already have a URL, no domain cost is added to your estimate.
How billing works
Before any work begins, you get an hour-by-hour estimate. The work is billed hourly with itemized invoices, with no retainers and no charge for coordination time. Changes beyond the agreed scope are billed the same way, so you always see what you're paying for.
